The Customer Success Specialist role is a full-time on-site position located in Bengaluru.
The role involves working closely with clients to guarantee their satisfaction, responding to inquiries, resolving client issues, and providing customer support.
Responsibilities include breifing clients with Tranquility’s service offerings, understand the requirements, provide quotation and onboarding them. Ensure the customer is kept updated about the project stastus
Other day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with internal teams, and helping to develop client retention strategies.
