Seniors will be expected to review financials prepared by Analysts, lead, guide and build the capability of the team.

Basic requirements

BCom / MCom graduates
Show interest in learning by asking questions
Average / Above average English communication skills (written and spoken)
0 to 5 years of experience in GAAP accounting

US Tax Senior or Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all US Direct tax-related compliance activities of clients.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review US tax returns (Forms 1120, 1065, International forms 5471, 5472, etc)
Perform tax research and provide optimum tax solutions
Open to learning and lead

Qualifications and expectation

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance
5+ years’ of experience in US Corporate tax preparation and review (forms 1120, 1065, 5471, and 5472)
Strong communication and analytical skills
Well-versed with US tax laws
Ability to understand and interpret financial statements
